Motherhood is one of the most beautiful transformations, but somewhere along the way, you may have forgotten you. You may have put your dreams on pause, set your passions aside, and traded the things that once brought you joy for the never-ending needs of those tiny humans who now own your heart.
But mama, you were someone before you were their mother, and she still matters. The things that made you laugh, the dreams that lit you up, the passions that made you feel alive—they are still inside you. And just because your world has shifted doesn’t mean there isn’t space for you in it, too. Motherhood is a beautiful part of you, but it is not all of you.
So go after that dream, even if it’s little by little. Make space for the things that make you feel whole. Because your babies don’t just need a mama who loves them—they need a mama who also loves herself. And trust me, when they see you chasing your dreams, they will learn to chase theirs, too.
With love,
Butter Me Mama
